With a mission of “Design for Good,” Fig Bethlehem magazine connects Lehigh Valley residents and visitors alike with local shopping, dining, arts and entertainment, organizations, services, and events.Fig “celebrates local” with a powerful mix of print, digital, and social media—using the talents of their creative team to spread the word about all the good things happening in the region.

Fig was created in 2005 with a mission to lift up independent businesses and organizations in great cities and towns with the greater purpose of building stronger communities and contributing to a sustainable local economy. Fig envisions a different kind of media message—one that energizes a thriving, sustainable local economy and revitalizes the community.

Over the past 15 years, Fig has grown to represent community at its best and has given voice to inspiring stories of those who are leading the way in all of the communities it serves: Lancaster, West Chester, Kennett Square, and Bethlehem, PA; and Columbia and Aiken, SC.

The Fig team is a passionate group of directors, marketers, designers, writers, social strategists, and photographers who care about local business and portray Bethlehem and the greater Lehigh Valley in an unabashedly positive light. They believe that communities are built upon six pillars: arts and culture, local shopping, dining and fresh foodways, a strong sense of history, quality education, and impactful community organizations. Fig takes all those great things, packages them together, and delivers them into the hands of thousands of residents and visitors who share in their unbridled passion for all things local.

If you own a local business and want to be a part of Fig, they would love to hear from you! Contact Fig Bethlehem Director Kiera Wilhelm at kiera@figindustries.com for more information.
