Yoga In Lehigh Valley

Roll out your mat and step into the sweet space of a nourishing yoga session in Lehigh Valley. From brisk vinyasas in a sauna-like setting to gentle yin yoga and guided meditation, your ticket to balanced bliss can be found in Lehigh Valley’s thriving yoga community.

Drop-ins are welcome at Bethlehem’s 4th-floor Yoga Loft in SouthSide Bethlehem, or at Easton Yoga, where sound meditation sessions employ singing bowls and chimes to envelop students in good vibrations. For guests at accommodations like Bear Creek Resort in Macungie, yoga classes with a gorgeous vista are free!

It’s always nice to join in on an all-levels flow, but for a steamier experience, Hot Yoga Hut in Bethlehem uses a dedicated ductwork system to control heat and humidity to a tee. On the softer side, there’s something so soothing about restorative yoga, supported by bolsters and blissed-out breath. Unwind with candlelight yin yoga at the end of the day with Allentown’s Yoga Lab, or float in an aerial class, suspended in a yoga hammock.

In the warm summer months, Allentown’s Pratyush Sinha Foundation holds free classes in spots like the Bethlehem Rose Garden. Yoga Under the Stars brings people together to share a common inclination toward peace and vitality. Outdoor yoga is naturally amazing, and can also be found at Rodale Institute’s Yoga on the Farm. Valley breweries, distilleries, and wineries like Folino Estate (Wine & Yoga) in Kutztown also regularly add yoga to the menu for a limb-loosening combination.

Another unconventional incarnation to tempt you out of your comfort zone: stand-up paddle board yoga taught by Miss Melanie Yoga either on the Lehigh River or at beautiful Lake Nockamixon south of the Valley. Whether taking a plunge, hanging in a hammock, or secure in a quiet studio, your yoga journey has many paths here!
