Overview
Join us for our third annual Burning of the Cuttings – a long-standing French tradition where the winter vineyard prunings (called ‘canes’) are collected and burned, decreasing the risk of spreading disease, parasites, mold and mildew in the vineyard, and adding nutrients back to the soil. There is no charge to enjoy Burning of the Cuttings.
