We’ll start the afternoon on a sweet note by making a no-bake buckeye recipe – a fun, hands-on treat that’s perfect for sharing or keeping all for yourself!
Next, Chef Chris will guide you through a live demonstration on traditional kiffle dough making and nut filling. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves, make your own batch of dough, and fill your kiffles.
You won’t be baking your kiffles on site. Instead, you’ll prepare them to take home ready to bake. Pop them into the freezer and have fresh homemade kiffles whenever you like—perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings or holiday celebrations.
To make the afternoon even sweeter, you’ll also enjoy freshly prepared kiffles to sample during class along with a glass of your favorite Clover Hill wine.
