Basic White Winemaking Class at The Winery in Breinigsville

Overview
Join Head Winemaker John Skrip III for a three-hour, hands-on class where you’ll have the opportunity to make your own white wine! You’ll learn the basics of the winemaking process and tips and tricks of the trade.
Each participant will receive:
– one 5-gallon carboy
– airlock and bung
– yeast
– 5 gallons of juice
At the end of class, you’ll leave with all the supplies needed to begin the fermentation process and the knowledge to complete the job. Your winemaking journey will yield approximately 20 bottles of wine.
