Overview
Four fantastic races. One inspirational day.
Mark your calendars – the St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest will bring four signature events to the Lehigh Valley on November 9: the St. Luke’s D&L Marathon, the St. Luke’s D&L Marathon Relay, the D&L Heritage Half Marathon Run presented by St. Luke’s, and the D&L Heritage Half Marathon Walk presented by St. Luke’s.
Overall, Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is taking the best parts of the former St. Luke’s Via Marathon and Marathon Relay, making some upgrades and moving it to the crisp November weather, while retaining the November tradition of the D&L Heritage Half Marathon Run and Walk. Either way, it will be a weekend to remember!
- St. Luke's D&L Marathon
- The Lehigh Valley’s marathon! Run 26.2 miles between Allentown and downtown Easton, a majority of miles on the D&L Trail along the scenic Lehigh River. The net-downhill, fast, point-to-point course will be USTAF certified and will be very similar to the previous St. Luke’s Via Marathon course from 2019. (An official course map will be shared this spring.)
- St. Luke's D&L Marathon Relay
- Enter a five-person team of friends, family or co-workers to cover the same 26.2-mile route. Legs will range in distance from about 6.5 miles to 4.25 miles. (An official course map will be shared this spring.) Share the excitement of the St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest as you work together for your best time.
- D&L Heritage Half Marathon Run and Walk, Presented by St. Luke's
- The D&L's annual fall half marathon will start in Historic Downtown Bethlehem and end in downtown Easton. The net-downhill, point-to-point course on the D&L Trail provides an ideal setting for runners and walkers. They will continue our tradition as a walker-friendly half.
Proceeds will benefit the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor Inc., a 501(c)3, for heritage and environmental programming as well as the ongoing development and promotion of the D&L Trail. Your participation will move the D&L Trail toward becoming the longest multi-use trail in Pennsylvania, stretching over 165 miles from Wilkes-Barre to Bristol.
Registration will open soon!
