Get ready for a delicious, hands-on afternoon where you’ll learn the secrets of making your own mozzarella with only the freshest ingredients!
During class you’ll be sampling:
- Mozzarella Caprese
- Burrata with Hot Honey
- Prosciutto Mozzarella Pinwheels
- Warm Broccolini Balls
At the end of class, every guest takes home a 1 lb. ball of the mozzarella that was made during class.
