Overview
Jeff “Tain” Watts, a Pittsburgh native, pairs artistic ingenuity with incomparable technique, masterful command of complex rhythms, a sweltering sense of swing, and an extraordinary ability to infuse each phrase with grace and repose. We anticipate a joyful celebration of the John Coltrane Centennial (9/23/2026), honoring his music and spirit, alongside originals that give thanks for his gift to the world.
