Overview
Take a creative pause during the busy holiday season with Teaching Artist Rebecca Kelly. Building on our popular Meditative Stitching workshops, this hands-on experience invites you to slow down, settle in, and practice simple, slow stitching. Create a small fabric collage flag inspired by a person, place, memory, hope, or idea that is meaningful to you. No sewing or embroidery experience is needed; Rebecca will guide you through this simple process.
Enjoy making your flag one stitch at a time. Your flag can become an appliqué on a garment, a keepsake, a wall hanging, or patch on a quilt!
Space is limited to 20 participants. Please register in advance to help us plan for your visit and ensure we have enough materials for everyone!
