LUAG All-Ages Pop-Up Workshop inspired by Keith Haring with Rebecca Kelly

Overview

Join teaching artist Rebecca Kelly for a free workshop inspired by Keith Haring’s City Kids Speak on Liberty, on view in the exhibition This Land. Explore the vibrant world of Kutztown native Keith Haring’s bold lines, playful figures, neon colors, and expressive symbols as you experiment with paper, drawing, color, and movement to build an artwork that comes to life when you open it. Create a playful scene, share an idea, or explore what freedom, community, or self-expression means to you. No prior art experience is necessary, just stop by and give it a try!

Connect the concept of liberty to your own personal identity and make your pop-up spring off the page!

Space is limited; please register in advance.
