Kreiderville Covered Bridge Festival
Overview
Celebrate local history and community spirit at the Kreidersville Covered Bridge Festival, returning Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 100 Covered Bridge Road in Northampton, PA. This free, family-friendly festival takes place around Northampton County’s last remaining covered bridge and features two full days of live entertainment, homemade food, local vendors, and activities for all ages.
Festival favorites include an old-fashioned pig roast, strawberry shortcake, craft beer tastings with the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers, hay wagon rides, Civil War reenactors, Native American displays by Carla Messinger, Lehigh County 4-H exhibits, a basket raffle tent, and the Heritage Homestead Petting Zoo (Saturday and Sunday from 12:30–5:30 p.m.).
Special attractions include an Elite Martial Arts demonstration on Saturday at 11 a.m., a Medevac helicopter visit on Sunday at 2 p.m., and a historical presentation by local historian Larry Oberly on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Enjoy live music throughout the weekend with Brake for Turtles (Saturday, 12–3 p.m.), James Supra (Saturday, 4–7 p.m.), Time Whys (Sunday, 12–3 p.m.), and South Penn Dixie (Sunday, 4–7 p.m.).
