I Sing America 250

Overview

Musician Dr. Roger Latzgo brings his program I Sing America 250 to the Palmerton Library, offering an engaging musical exploration of 250 years of American history. Through a blend of live music, storytelling, and historical context, Latzgo performs songs spanning the colonial era, the Civil War, the rise of American industry, and the birth of ragtime and jazz, while also highlighting the Lehigh Valley’s rich musical heritage. The performance will be held July 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Palmerton Library, as part of the Palmerton Library’s 2026 Concert Series. The program is free and open to the public.
