Get ready to feel the beat and embrace the spirit of community as the highly anticipated Eighth Annual College Hill Porchfest returns on Sunday, September 27 (rain date: Oct. 4). This beloved Easton tradition transforms the charming “flats” of College Hill into a lively outdoor music festival featuring more than 50 musical groups performing across more than 20 inviting porches and community locations.
This all-ages, no-cost event invites neighbors, friends, and families to meander from porch to porch with blankets and folding chairs in hand, soaking up a vibrant mix of sounds. From intimate solo acts and duos to full bands and ensembles, there’s a musical flavor for every taste, all showcasing the incredible talent rooted in our community.
Music kicks off every hour on the hour from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., culminating in a high-energy 5 p.m. Grand Finale: a spirited New Orleans-style Second Line Parade led by the Big Easy Easton Brass Band. The parade steps off from College Hill Presbyterian Church, 501 Brodhead St., welcoming everyone to join in and dance along to the infectious brass tunes.
