The Sayre Mansion

Overview

The Sayre Mansion has a history of hosting Lehigh Valley’s most influential businesspeople. Robert Sayre conducted business for the Lehigh Valley Railroad from his grand estate overlooking Bethlehem as far back as 1858. The legacy continues today.

The Sayre Mansion provides elegant lodging and distinctive meeting space that can accommodate up to 30 people. Gather in the same rooms where some of the region’s most prominent citizens helped shape Lehigh Valley’s future. The parlor and dining room offer graceful spaces for cocktail receptions, intimate meetings or business dinners.

Asa Packer Room

The Asa Packer Room, located in the lower level, is original to the Mansion. The space is ultra-private and features two hard-lines available for higher speed access. Flip charts, projection screen, note paper, and pens are all provided at no additional charge. A Polycom speaker phone and LCD projector are available for rental.

In-house caterer Karen Hunter crafts delectable meals, from elaborate breakfast and brunch buffets to a working lunch and fine dinner.

With the rental of 10 or more overnight guest rooms, a 50% discount is offered on meeting room rates.
