Cataleya Casa del Matcha is the Lehigh Valley's first dedicated matcha bar, serving handcrafted specialty matcha and teas in a cozy, community-focused café in Bethlehem. What began as a small farmers market pop-up in 2025 has quickly grown into a neighborhood favorite, creating a welcoming space where wellness, connection, and supporting local businesses come together.

Every drink is thoughtfully crafted using premium organic matcha, homemade syrups, house-made plant-based milks, organic grass-fed whole milk, and clean, seed oil-free ingredients. The pastry case features baked goods from talented local bakers, and the café continues to build relationships with nearby farms to source fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.

Cataleya Casa del Matcha is passionate about investing in the local community, believing that every dollar spent at a small business helps strengthen the Lehigh Valley. Whether stopping in for a morning matcha, a wholesome breakfast, or a relaxing weekend visit, guests will find a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every drink and bite is made with care.
