Bushkill Park & Grove
Overview
Step back in time and experience one of Pennsylvania's most treasured family attractions. Since 1902, Bushkill Park & Grove has been welcoming generations of visitors to the scenic banks of Bushkill Creek with classic amusement rides, family entertainment, and timeless traditions. As the park enters an exciting new chapter, it continues to preserve the nostalgic charm that has made it a favorite destination for more than 120 years.
Home to the Oldest Funhouse in the United States, Bushkill Park offers a unique blend of history and old-fashioned fun. During the summer, the amusement rides are open Saturdays and Sundays beginning at noon, weather permitting. (If it rains during the morning, the rides remain closed for the day.) Closing times typically range from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., depending on attendance and scheduled events. Ride tickets are just $2–$3 each and can be purchased inside the Snack Bar or Concession Stand when open.
The historic Bushkill Park Roller Skating Rink, one of the oldest roller skating rinks in the country, continues to be a favorite gathering place for all ages. Recently voted Best Place to Skate in the Lehigh Valley by readers of The Morning Call, the rink is open year-round with public skating on Friday and Saturday evenings from 8:00–10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday afternoons from noon–2:00 p.m. Admission is $7 per skater, with $2 skate rentals available. Non-skaters are admitted free, and guests are welcome to bring their own roller or inline skates.
Bushkill Park is also a popular destination for birthday parties, reunions, company outings, and community events. Private skating parties start at $225 for up to 30 skaters, while pavilion rentals begin at $50 for up to 50 guests for the first hour, with discounted ride tickets available for rental groups. The park also offers fundraising opportunities, with organizations earning 30% of admission proceeds from qualifying events.
Whether you're reliving childhood memories or creating new ones, Bushkill Park & Grove offers classic rides, historic attractions, family-friendly entertainment, arcade games, and hometown hospitality in a setting that has delighted visitors for generations.
