The city of Easton will host its fifth downtown bike racing criterium, with a course of fast turns, uphills, and a long homestretch. Don't miss these top professional bike racers fly through the streets of Easton. So, what's a Criterium or a "crit"? It's a closed-circuit cycling race, typically half a mile to 1.5 miles long. Expect exciting, fast-paced racing by skilled riders on a tight Easton course.
The Course Route in Downtown Easton
Catch the action when the Easton Criterium races through Easton, PA. The Easton Criterium, presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network returns to Easton on May 25, 2025. The start/finish line for the race is 230 Northampton Street. This brings the action close to Centre Square, restaurants, and vendors. It will change the sprint dynamic for athletes as Northampton is a 3% gradient.
Schedule of Events
8 categories of riders will compete in the Easton Criterium, all vying for medals and cash prizes. Field limits for each categories range from 75 riders to 125 riders.
Registration
The Easton Criterium features a 0.71-mile course with five turns, and skill will be the difference on this challenging course. A short uphill, six turns and a long, wide homestraight will make for exciting racing in a downtown festival setting. Race entry is for USA Cycling-licensed riders only. Cyclists must have a valid racing license available through USA Cycling, or you can purchase a one-day membership. For more information on securing a racing license, go to USA Cycling.
