Camping at Blue Mountain Resort

Blue Mountain Resort offers Camping and Glamping with guest and employee health as a top priority. Many extra cleaning precautions have been, and will continue to be, taken around the lodges and other high-touch areas. You can find a full list of precautions and procedures per line of business here:

There will be limited mountain activities for campers. All mountain activities including Mountain Biking, On Mountain Training, and the Summit Adventure Park are scheduled to open when this area moves to yellow phase. Slopeside Pub & Grill remains open for curbside pick up Monday-Friday 3 p.m. - 7 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

The Experience

Tucked away just off the ski trails of Blue Mountain Resort, the campsites provide seclusion and breathtaking views of the Pocono Mountains.

Upon arrival, a Camp Keeper will meet and greet you, load your belongings into an ATV, and drive you to your home away from home. After you settle in, you and your guests can explore a variety of activities available at the mountain and customize your camping experience to make it truly unique.

Campers have the option to explore guided trail runs, conquer the high ropes course and ziplines, or take part in a battle of outdoor laser tag. You can also take a quick drive to hike on the Appalachian Trail. Looking for a more relaxed getaway? Read a book at your site, go fishing in one of the ponds, or simply sit back and relax in nature's playground. You're guaranteed to leave feeling rejuvenated.

Blue offers both tent and RV basic camping sites, each complete with a fire ring and picnic table. Basic sites are $30 online/$35 day of and are located at the base of the mountain in the “prairie” fields surrounded by woods line and mountain views.

Glamping gives guests the experience of camping with more modern conveniences. Sites are complete with queen bunk beds, a loo toilet, solar shower, a deck, Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table all enclosed in a canvas tent. There will be six Glamping sites available through the end of May 2020, 11 new sites added in early June, and a additional eight sites opening in late August for a total of 25 sites. Glamping sites are spread out throughout the mountain giving each site its own unique view and setting. A UTV ride is provided to escort guests and their gear to their site. Glamping is $159 Friday-Saturday and $139 Sunday-Thursday when booked ahead online.
