As we move into a new year, Blooming Hearts invites professionals, leaders, and community members to pause, reflect, and reset to focus on healthy behaviors, emotional resilience, and purposeful intention-setting that supports both personal well-being and collective impact.

🎨 Interactive Professional Development Exercise
Participants will take part in a guided creative experience led by Bloom’s Creative Art Studio, centered on reflection, mental health awareness, and intention-setting. Through a hands-on bracelet-making activity, guests will translate insights into a tangible reminder of healthy behaviors, boundaries, and hope to carry forward into 2026.
💗 Giving Back
Blooming Hearts is also a clothing and accessories drive for My Sister's Closet benefiting Bloom for Women. Attendees are encouraged to bring new or gently used clothing to support women on their healing journey.
