Synopsis: A whip-smart farce set behind the scenes of a hit 1950s sitcom, The Überkünstler! follows Rita Saddle, the star of a successful 1950s sitcom. But her idyllic on-camera life masks the drama of her private life, as unfaithful husbands, embezzling employees, and madcap mafiosas clash for a farce of epic proportions.
