Running from May 2026 through March 2027, this museum-wide exhibit explores how brewing evolved from small-scale, steam-powered operations into a modern industrial powerhouse.
From early brewing techniques and historic advertising to advances in stainless steel, refrigeration, and mass production, Cheers to 250 traces the technological innovations that shaped brewing and transformed American industry and culture along the way. Visitors will discover how beer production influenced labor, transportation, urban growth, and everyday life across the country.
