Join the Get Your Tail on the Trail D&L Chapter on Saturday, January 31, from 1 – 3 pm on the porch of the National Canal Museum in Easton. To kick things off, we’ll hear from Cardiologist Devang Dave, MD on “Building Heart Health, One Step at a Time” about activities to improve heart health, other things that you can do to keep your heart healthy, and when to see a heart doctor. Guided walks will also be offered for 1, 2, and 3-mile loops along the towpath, in addition to self-guided walks. Group walks are scheduled to take off at 1:15 at staggered intervals. Stop by the information table to talk to the St. Luke’s team, enter into a lottery for some free SWAG, and grab some refreshments and snacks.
This winter, commit to movement with our winter challenge. Whether you log a single mile daily or the course of the challenge, or longer distances every couple of days, 30 miles are within reach.
