At Kilimanjaro Distillery, the father and daughter team of Kishor and Niky Chokshi use science to carefully craft small batch spirits in Allentown, PA., where the distillery helps diversify and revitalize the local economy.

Their journey has been fueled by a passion for bringing together people of diverse backgrounds to make the world a richer place. Because they know that every choice can impact people and the environment everywhere, a percentage of all profits from Xplorer Spirits (the spirits distilled at Kilimanjaro Distillery) is used to provide clean drinking water to communities in need through the Tanzania Water Project and to the local Meals on Wheels Pennsylvania community.

The Chokshi family believes everyone's life is a unique journey to be savored through genuine experiences and meaningful connections. Xplorer Spirits is their tribute to fellow adventurers. The grain to glass process uses locally grown potatoes and high quality grains that honor Pennsylvania's agricultural heritage. The spirits are distilled to a high level of purity (distilled 12 times), ensuring a great experience in the glass.
