Red Wolf Bar and Grille is a family-friendly and cozy corner restaurant in the borough of Bath. Red Wolf, located within the historic Bath Hotel, opened in May 2013. Local brothers, Angelo and Joe Caiazzo, also co-owners of Campus Pizza and Dolce Mamma in Bethlehem, first purchased the hotel in 2005 after a well-publicized fire had destroyed much of the original structure. The building has since been entirely remodeled. In Red Wolf, the Caiazzo brothers have created a family-friendly, comfortable and contemporary restaurant for all to enjoy.
