Overview

Santisi Imports has been importing small estate extra virgin olive oils, artisan pasta, balsamic vinegars, dried organic oregano, hand-packed tuna, anchovies, vegetables in jars, canned tomatoes, and pistachio cream directly from Italy. They visit their producers and personally select the products. Today, its know as Pastificio 601, and they craft artisan pastas in-house daily. Using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients available, Pastificio 601 takes pride in producing the best pasta in Lehigh Valley.

Stop by the retail store to purchase house-made pasta and ravioli as well as homemade Italian specialties from the grab and go case including Arancini, Chicken Cutlet, Lasagna, Eggplant Stackers and Chicken Parmesan. Other grab and go items change regularly.

Pastificio 601 is the result of over 10 years of hand-selecting and importing the highest-quality products directly from family-owned businesses in Italy. What started as private, after-hours tasting events at Santisi Imports, has evolved into much more: an artisanal produced pasta and ravioli maker.

Tuesdays-Fridays: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturdays: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. with Kitchen Hours 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sundays & Mondays: Closed
