Okatshe
Overview
Step into Okatshe, downtown Allentown’s newest dining destination. Inspired by the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, Okatshe is an urban reverie that brings the city’s late-night energy to life in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.
Okatshe channels the spirit of Tokyo after dark — its maze-like alleys, glowing signs, and endless buzz — and reimagines it as a lively izakaya built for gathering, lingering, and sharing. It’s a place where food and atmosphere collide, creating a dining experience that’s electric and endlessly alive.
The menu is made for exploration and sharing:
Hand-rolled sushi, sashimi & maki rolls, Flame-grilled yakitori skewers, Steamed bao buns and comforting soups, Kakigori (shaved ice) for something sweet, and a curated selection of Japanese whiskies, sake, and beers.
Whether you’re grabbing something fresh from the sushi bar, savoring small plates with friends, or ordering a larger dish to share, every meal is designed to transport you straight to Tokyo.
Located right next to the Moxy Hotel and Archer Music Hall, and across the street from Rosa Blanca.
