Overview
Mister Lee’s Noodles, Lehigh Valley’s first ramen bar, is comfortably tucked in the front corner of the Easton Public Market. From the award-winning proprietors of Bolete in Bethlehem, Mister Lee’s Noodles serves up hot or cold Japanese noodles with tasty broth.
Bowls include a variety of flavorful ingredients including sriracha, togarashi, dashi, miso, kimchi, chashu, and 60-minute eggs. Organic, vegetarian and Celiac-friendly dishes are available upon request. You can even get a Ramen Kit To-Go to bring the flavor home with you. Every order includes a delightful Fortune Fish to tell your future!
Order at the counter and your hot meal will be delivered to your seats in a matter of minutes for a high-quality, fast-casual eating experience. The same team opened Mister Lee’s Noodles (Bethlehem), located near exciting attractions on 3rd Street in Bethlehem.

Mister Lee’s Noodles opened their second restaurant, located on the ground level of the Five 10 Flats on 3rd Street in SouthSide Bethlehem.
Promising a “fun and nontraditional take on traditional Japanese noodles,” the Bethlehem location offers a sit-down dining experience and more expansive menu than Mister Lee’s Noodles (Easton). Bowls include a variety of flavorful ingredients including sriracha, togarashi, dashi, miso, kimchi, chashu, and 60-minute eggs. The Bethlehem food menu also includes different kinds of pan-fried dumplings. Organic, vegetarian, and Celiac-friendly dishes are available upon request.
A great spot for dinner and drinks before seeing a show at nearby Touchstone Theatre or SteelStacks, metered street parking is available in front or down the block.
