You don't have to travel all the way to State College to enjoy a scoop from the Penn State Berkey Creamery—you can find it right here in Lehigh Valley, Pa. on Main Street in historic Bethlehem. Originally a small part of the Shoppe at Hotel Bethlehem, the Parlor is now its own brick-and-morter shop across the street from Historic Hotel Bethlehem. A cone with two scoops of Peachy Paterno or Alumni Swirl will make you yell out to strangers on the street, "We Are!"

• Friday & Saturday: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
