Flying V Poutinerie
Overview
Run by the self-described “Eh Team,” the Flying V Poutinerie brick-and-mortar location was established on SouthSide Bethlehem’s 3rd Street following the success of their popular food truck.
So, what is poutine? Only the tastiest Canadian import since maple syrup. Fresh cut potatoes are perfectly fried, drenched in house made gravy and topped with cheese curds to make the classic version. You can load up your poutine with additional toppings, too, including fan favorites like the Montreal Smoked Meat Poutine, Breakfast Poutine, and Buffalo Chicken Poutine. Vegan and veggie poutine is also available. Please make the staff aware of any gluten or peanut allergies.
If you’re as hungry as a moose, you can also dig into their sandwiches, burritos, hot dogs, burgers, and butter tarts!
The exterior and interior walls are as fun as the food, featuring lively murals with tributes to Canadian and Lehigh Valley culture.
