Easton Wine Project is an urban winery located in the historic Simon Silk Mill. Enjoy local wine that is produced on-site, craft beers from breweries throughout Pennsylvania, and cocktails featuring spirits from local distilleries. Easton Wine Project's menu features "shareables," such as truffle oil popcorn and charcuterie boards, as well as flatbreads, sandwiches, bowls, salads, and even desserts. They also feature live music every Friday and Saturday night.
