The Bank Street Creamery, formerly the Purple Cow Creamery, is a family-owned and operated business in Easton, Pa. Their ice cream is made fresh on the premises and brought to their dipping cases daily. Their menu features a rotation of over 120 different ice creams, including vegan gelato, sorbets, and Italian ices along with an assortment of soft ice cream.

Open since 1998, the Bank Street Creamery is located in historic downtown Easton in the Bank Street South Courtyard. They are nestled in a building that dates back to the early 1800's and has been beautifully renovated using a rainbow of Crayola colors.
