Anatolian Kitchen
Overview
Dine in at the newly renovated Anatolian Kitchen in Bethlehem, Pa and choose from a variety of Mediterranean and Turkish selections, like kebabs, grape leaves, and more. With the new expansion, there's now plenty of room for larger groups. Make sure to start with a couple of hot or cold appetizers—try the cigarette rolls (sigara boreki) or stuffed grape leaves (sarma). A Turkish style pizza, or lahmacun, is a great choice for the table and order a variety of kebabs or a mixed grill. Save room for a Turkish coffee and a dessert like the kadayif, made of shredded wheat, pistachio, and a sticky sweet syrup.
