American Legion Post 611

Overview

The Battlefield Museum at the American Legion Lester Pfeffer Post 611, in Wilson Borough, is the first of its kind in Lehigh Valley. This outdoor, open concept museum depicts monuments throughout the battlefield from WWI to the present Day War on Terrorism.

The Battlefield Museum has life size depictions including:

• Obstacles of WWII Normandy Beaches
• A 137mm anti tank cannon
• A 120mm mortar placed into a life size fighting position
• Wire obstacles
• A military cemetery
• Bamboo cage for MIA representation
• Flags from all branches of the armed forces

• Monday - Saturday | 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
