Summer is here in Lehigh Valley, but we’re still social distancing and practicing pandemic precautions. The last five months have taken their toll on our social calendars, not to mention our mental health and our waistlines. But it’s proven that spending time outdoors can provide a cascade of benefits, so get out for some fresh air! Looking for a new place to explore? Enter THE LINK Trail Network of Lehigh Valley, a resource that combines the great outdoors with the benefits of physical activity.

THE LINK Trail Network is an interconnected network of beautiful multi-use trails offering Lehigh Valley residents and visitors the opportunity for year-round outdoor recreation, alternative transportation, and healthy living. This project—led by a coalition of trail partners across Lehigh and Northampton Counties and made possible with generous support from the William Penn Foundation—aims to connect people to communities, nature, work, heritage, and culture. THE LINK consists of 125 miles of trails available for biking, running, walking, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
