Folino Estate Winery

It’s Easter with an Italian twist at the idyllic Folino Estate Winery in Kutztown, with a sumptuous served buffet of pesto pasta, mushroom risotto, meatballs, pizza, and tiramisu—but also the smoked ham and roast beef you might crave on this holiday. Brunch at the Shepherd Hills Golf Club promises activities for kids and an appearance from the Easter Bunny as well as a delicious buffet. From 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., enjoy sourdough French toast, silver dollar pancakes, vegetable frittatas, and more. Adults are $35; children ages 12 & under $16. 

Slopeside Pub & Grille at Blue Mountain Resort
1660 Blue Mountain Dr., Palmerton

If you’re celebrating Easter at home, but don’t want to cook, enjoy a chef prepared meal from Slopeside Pub & Grill at Blue Mountain. Orders will be available for curbside pickup and include bourbon glazed ham, chicken italiano, au gratin potatoes, wild rice pilaf, asparagus in garlic butter, maple glazed carrots, dinner rolls with cinnamon butter, carrot cake, and lemon poppy seed cake. Slopeside is offering 4-6 person and 8-10 person to go options. Orders must be placed online by midnight on April 10 and picked up between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 16 at the Summit Lodge. Guests can select time slots from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the buffet closing at 2 p.m., to enjoy a variety of brunch classics. Tickets for anyone 13 and older are $45, and tickets for children 5-12 are $21. Children 4 & under eat free. The ticket includes full access to all food selections as well as a juice and coffee bar.
