Ann Marie is our Aide, she is Kind, Sweet, Personable! She is getting to know my mother’s needs quite well, with a caring attitude. Mom is feeling comfortable with her as well. Had to work out a few bumps in the road with Bright Star management in the beginning, but since then things have been running smoothly. Communication has been very good including, billing/auto pay option, and a posted weekly schedule for upcoming care giver visits. Care giver Talekia has been assigned to my father's care for the past few months and she has done an EXCELLENT job right from the start! In short order she became aware of his needs and adapted to make the most of her time spent caring for my father. She now does his grocery shopping, and drives him to doctor visits which has become a HUGE help to my father and myself. Talekia's kindness, compassion, and attention to detail when caring for my father make her a true pro in many ways!

We have been using BrightStar for short term care for my son who requires 24-hour care. We cannot say enough about Theresa O. who is truly amazing and the care my son received from her was outstanding. He always was very happy to know that she was going to take care of him because he loved her.

My experience was phenomenal. I used BrightStar Care for short term care over my wedding weekend to care for my mother who has numerous challenging medical issues that require 24 hour care. Nervous for a trip away from home we brought in BrightStar for additional help during my wedding weekend. There were several times where the extra care proved invaluable. From contacting a medical supply company, shopping for forgotten items, doing peoples make up, our caretaker Andrea was a perfect fit for my mom. While she alone is worthy of 5 stars the conversations with the nursing staff and scheduling coridinators at BrightStar also deserve recognition for making the perfect fit for a perfect weekend.

Maimouna (Chantel) is a wonderful and reliable care giver. When I have to be out of the house for work I don't have to worry, my wife is getting the best possible care in my absence. She is very efficient and goes above and beyond what is required to ensure that my wife is cared for.

Shirley Romeo is caring, hardworking and thoughtful in everything that she does. Yolanda I. Is also a good aide who makes me laugh.
