Net-Zero Energy Building

Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) built the first net-zero building in the Lehigh Valley and one of only a few in Pennsylvania. SEF constructed the Net-Zero Energy Building on a foundation of cost-effective energy efficiency principles that complement solar generation. The Net Zero Building offers enhanced comfort and indoor air quality through several of its components. An exceedingly tight building envelope and improved insulation ensure that minimal energy is lost, maintaining indoor comfort levels. Energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) provide fresh air throughout the building to increase filtration to match occupants’ needs in a highly efficient way.

The Craig Onori Energy Education Classroom is available to host your next meeting, conference, board meeting, networking event, or team-building activity. The classroom is equipped with meeting support and A/V capabilities. A kitchenette provides additional space for catering needs.  The 633 square foot classroom space can fit up to 30 people.

The Net Zero Energy Building provides a unique backdrop and learning tool for your next meeting or event. The venue is easily accessible off I-78 and Route 309 and is handicapped accessible.  Email or call 610-264-4440 to learn more.

About Sustainable Energy Fund
