Sunset Reset is in collaboration with Strengthen And Stretch With Shelby, including yoga-inspired movement, a sound bath with singing bowls, and an affirming meditation, all set against the backdrop of a beautiful evening sunset.
What to Expect:
Strengthen and Stretch with Shelby
Get moving with approachable strength exercises, stretching, and yoga-inspired movement designed to leave you feeling good in your body.
Sound Bath + Singing Bowls
After movement, settle into a calming sound bath and let the sounds of singing bowls create space to slow down.
Affirming Meditation
Close the experience with a guided meditation focused on positive affirmations and giving yourself permission to pause.
Sunset + Refreshments
Take in the sunset, enjoy a refreshing drink, and spend the evening surrounded by a welcoming community.

You don't need yoga or meditation experience to join. Just bring what you need to feel comfortable, an open mind, and a willingness to try something new.
