Winemaker's Dinner


Our celebrated winemaker's dinners are back! The first features the brilliant Tonimarie from Macaluso's at The Lantern.

Welcome Wine – Winter Mountain White

First course:
Cream of snap pea soup garnished with mint infused olive oil
Wine - Grüner Veltliner, Vinology

Second Course:
Cod Marbella featuring a white wine sauce with shallots, garlic, green olives and sun dried plums 
Wine - Rosé, Vinology

Third Course:
Salad of fresh mixed field greens and spring radishes tossed with Tonimarie’s vinaigrette
Wine – Riesling semi-dry, Vinology

Fourth Course:
Oversized veal meatball stuffed with a blend of Italian cheeses, smothered in red sauce and resting atop creamy polenta
Wine - Chambourcin, Vinology

Fifth Course:
Tonimarie’s ricotta inspired dessert
Wine - Twilight, Vinology

If you would like to be seated at same table, please purchase all tickets for table as one transaction. Maximum table size in Tasting Room is 6 Guests. Maximum table size in Pavilion is 4 Guests. Winery may combine reservations to fill tables.
