The Opening Act: Matt Bednarsky
Matt Bednarsky grew up in Shelton, CT. In 2013, he made the move to Nashville to dive into Music City’s vibrant scene. Since then, he’s toured the country and the world, playing to audiences in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. He opened for Joan Armatrading as well as American Idol Runner-Up Crystal Bowersox. His style draws influence from pop/rock, folk, jazz, and blues. Think somewhere in between James Taylor and John Mayer, with Paul Simon, Jason Mraz, and Michael Bublé mixed in.

And then stick around for Scott Marshall & Marshall's Highway! They'll be rocking the stage from 4 - 7 p.m.! Scott Marshall and Marshall's Highway is a 4-8 piece act that’s heavier in style. Driving beats and electric guitars dominate, yet the band’s versatility is evident in their ballads and the mix of genres they present. The Rock/Country collision takes place here, but there’s no bloodshed. It’s a crash everyone seems to enjoy! Check out their live performance at Musikfest Cafe here!
