Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an amazing exercise for every part of the body, inside and out. A well-balanced workout to stretch, strengthen, and build stamina throughout the body while teaching core paddle boarding stroke techniques.
Certified through PaddleFit Core our staff will teach proper SUP stroke technique, endurance paddles, and even fitness-exercises on the paddleboards to help paddlers strengthen their core, balance, and endurance out on the water.
