Kundalini Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Kundalini yoga on the paddle boards will offer different opportunities to transform your inner & outer environment. You will work with Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath), Mudra ( hand positions), Mantra ( chanting) & of course paddle skills.
