This month's Cooking for Vegetarians will give viewers and in-house participants the understanding of vegetarian diets, nutrionial considerations, and how to modify recipes.
Menu for the demo is a noodle bowl with stir fried veggies, noodles, peanuts, and tofu, with three bean chili tostaditas and no bake cookies
