Fresh greens topped with onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño and drizzled with a Red Chile Vinaigrette.

Third Course
Fritos de Quesa
A classic Chilean empanada filled with cheese and seasonings.

Fourth Course
Chilean Sea Bass
Topped with a mango chutney and served with perfectly seasoned quinoa.

Fifth Course
Calzones Roto
A fried cookie, dusted with powdered sugar.
