Caribbean Five-Course Wine Tasting Dinner


Join us on Wednesday, August 1 as we feature our tropical Carribbean five-course wine tasting dinner. Tickets are $45 per person. Reservations are required.

First Course
Cilantro Corn Soup
Corn, Cilantro, Vegetables, Cumin, Thyme, and Seasonings all meld together for this excellent Trinidadian Soup.

Second Course
Carribean Salad with Honey Lime Dressing
Mixed greens topped with pineapple, mandarin, dried cranberries, green onion, and sesame seeds.

Third Course
West Indies Shrimp Kabobs
Marinated shrimp and bell pepper kabobs. Delicious and slightly spicy!

Fourth Course
Jamaican Jerk Chicken
A tropical treat with heat and flavor. Served with rice and beans.

Fifth Course
Jamaican Toto
A popular Caribbean coconut cake, spiced and sweet.
