American Five-Course Wine Tasting Dinner


Join us on Monday, July 23 as we feature our American Five-Course Wine Tasting Dinner.

$45/ person. Reservations are required. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.

First Course
Texas Chili
A hearty beef and bean chili topped with sour cream and chives. Served with a house-made skillet cornbread.

Second Course
Grilled Watermelon Salad
Grilled and chilled watermelon over baby arugula with feta cheese, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. Dusted with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Third Course
Stuffed Potato Skin
A decadent twist on an American classic. Hand scooped potato skin; stuffed with broccoli, bacon, and cooper sharp cheese. Drizzled with ranch dressing.

Fourth Course
Grilled Chicken Sausage
Chicken sausage grilled over an open flame with sautéed onions and peppers. Served with seasoned rice.

Fifth Course
Boston Cream Cake
Vanilla cake filled with home mad pastry cream and topped with a chocolate ganache.
