This mother-daughter duo will delight you with their knowledge of the island’s cuisine and will throw in some laughs too as they make this a delicious and fun evening.

Appetizers:
Pastelillos (beef pies)
Rellenos de Papa (stuffed potato balls)
Alcapurrias (plantain fritter stuffed with seasoned ground beef)
Salad: Avocado lettuce, and tomato with a light dressing

Pernil (slow-roasted marinated pork shoulder)
Arroz con Gandules (yellow rice with pigeon peas)
Mofongo con Carne Guisado (smashed fried plantain mixed with chicharon, olive oil and fresh garlic topped with Latin beef stew)

Tembleue (coconut pudding)
