Apollo Grill’s Pastry Chef Meghan Singer’s Snow Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. Butter, softened 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract ¾ c. Confectioner’s Sugar, sifted 4 c. All- Purpose Flour 2 c. Walnuts, chopped fine

Directions:

Cream butter and vanilla together until smooth. Combine the confectioners’ sugar and flour and add to creamed butter and vanilla. Mix just until incorporated. Mix in walnuts.

Roll in 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined sheet, 40 per tray. Baked at 350 for 15 minutes. When cookies are cool, roll in sifted powdered sugar. Wait 15 minutes and roll in sugar again.

Makes 5 dozen.
