Welcome back to the final installment of my "Scenic Trails in Eastern, PA" series. Just a reminder, my favorite trails in Lehigh Valley so far are:

~ Sand Island ~ Northampton Canal Park ~ Tekening Trails

Today we're heading just north of Lehigh Valley, to the "Niagra of Pennsylvania", otherwise known as Bushkill Falls.

Bushkill Falls features a network of hiking trails that wind through the woods and past eight spectacular waterfalls. These trails are rugged (hiking boots recommended) and require a good deal of climbing.

This area is more commercialized than some of the other local trails and tends to get crowded on weekends and holidays. Plus, Bushkill Falls charges an admission fee ($10/adult; $6/child). However, when you're standing at the base of Bridal Veil Falls, you'll agree that the price is totally worth it.
