You don't have to travel to the big city to find high-quality summer theatre. The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival kicks off its 24th Season on June 10.

In residence at the Center Valley Campus of DeSales University, the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival (PSF) brings actors, directors, designers and more from across the country to create top of the line performances over the summer months.

But don't be fooled- this program packs much more than just Shakespeare! You'll find performances that can be enjoyed by the whole family, from classic musicals, to hysterical comedies, to kid-friendly spectacles.

The 2015 season kicks off with the classic musical Les Miserables. With record-setting ticket sales already taking place, this is one that you won't want to miss. The performance will be directed by Dennis Razze, who's work was recently seen on the PSF stage in Fiddler on the Roof and Oklahoma! All 22 performances of this show are expected to sell out, so don't delay in ordering your tickets!

When attending a performance at PSF, be sure to arrive early to enjoy the full experience. On multiple occasions throughout the summer, live music precedes the performances in the outdoor courtyard. Refreshments are available for purchase.

The full 2015 season is as follows:

  • Les Miserables: June 10 - 28, Main Stage
  • Around the World in 80 Days: June 17 - July 12, Schubert Theatre
  • The Foreigner: July 8 - August 2, Main Stage
